How It Works

Know a recruiter who’s ready to make their next move? Refer them to us, and if we place them, you’ll earn a £500 reward (for recruiters with at least 12 months’ experience) or £250 (for those with less than 12 months’ experience). Simple, right?
The more you refer, the more you can pocket - we’re all about rewarding good karma.

We’re an ethical company, and we take our commitments seriously. That means if
your referral is already in our database - don’t worry! As long as we haven’t spoken to them in the past month, you’ll still get the cash. We won’t leave you hanging or play hard to get, unlike some others. So, if your candidate is the one who makes all the difference, we’ll make sure you’re rewarded. No fine print. Just good vibes (and cash).

A Few Bits of Small Print

As much as we’d love to make things too easy, we do have a couple of simple rules.
The referral reward is paid once your referral has completed 8 weeks in their new role. And, of course, the referral must have given express permission for us to provide their contact information in accordance with GDPR.
