The What
Join a high-performing social care division supplying staff to services supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, emotional behavioural difficulties and mental health needs. You’ll take on a busy temp desk that’s already well established, giving you instant commission flow from day one.
With a 4-day working week (paid for 5) and the backing of an ambitious award-winning company, you’ll enjoy the tools, support and technology to maximise every placement.
The Why
We’re looking for someone with the drive and resilience to run a fast-paced temp desk, who understands the value of building lasting relationships in the social care sector. You’ll engage with organisations, meet clients face-to-face, and source the very best talent through advertising, referrals and proactive networking.
Articulate, professional and detail-focused, you’ll thrive on targets, work as part of a collaborative team, and always go the extra mile. A car driver is essential for this role given the client-facing nature of the desk.

You’ve already proved yourself in agency recruitment and thrive in a 360 environment. Now you’re ready to move into a role that rewards you properly, both financially and with progression. With salaries up to £38k depending on level, and OTE hitting £45k–£65k within 2 years, this role is designed to fast-track your career.
